Self Help

I was happy to see that at the hospital there was a hypnosis video that played occasionally on one of the hospital's instructional stations. A video of clouds drifting across the sky was accompanied by some gentle music and the narrator reading a script taking you on a relaxing voyage into your heart. You encounter your inner self there in the form of a "light" after the encounter you find this inner spirit has left you a gift, etc. It was well done. The fact that it is there gives more legitimacy to the "Work". Which I , of course, plan on getting rich in. Seriously, I would love to be able to help people who want/need the help.

I told BRL this morning that I was putting her on a program of self improvement. She was thrilled that I cared enough to help her with some of her problems-difficult though they are to ascertain. Another simple exercise to make you feel better about life is to ,every day, write down 5 things on a piece of paper that you like about your life(are grateful for). I had to demonstrate for her as she was cutting out coupons. I prompted: Gabriel...your husband (scratch that), couponing, Emma, Jake, Luke(scratch) and Friends from work. Well done-I felt good for helping BRL get off to a good start this morning. Hope you are off to a good start today also.
